In Hilight you can view a list of who has not received a hilight yet this school year and who has not sent a hilight yet this school year:
1. Click on Data in the purple side bar
2. If you have School Admin or District Admin permissions in Hilight, you will see a tab at the top of the Data page called "School Admin View".
3. Scroll to the bottom of the School Admin Data Dashboard, and you will see two tables that display who has not yet received a hilight this school year and who has not yet sent one.
Filtering the list of staff
You can filter and sort these tables by hovering over the column names and clicking on the menu icon. For example, if you want to see which Admin have not sent a hilight yet, you can filter on the "Role/Job Title" column or the "User Type in Hilight" column.
Exporting the list of staff
You can also export the list of staff from each table by clicking on the export button in the bottom left of each table.
