The School Admin Data Dashboard allows you to view data and gain insights at the school-level.
You can access the School Admin Data Dashboard by clicking on the Data tab in the purple sidebar. You will see at least two tabs at the top of the Data page: "School Admin View" and "Personal View". If you are a District Admin user, you will also see the "District Admin View". For more information on how to take advantage of the District Admin Data Dashboard, check out this help article.
Towards the top of the School Admin Data Dashboard, you will see a drop down that lets you select which school year to view data for. By default, the dashboard will always show the current school year's data.
Below that, you will see some overview statistics on the number of hilights your staff have sent this year, the percentage of staff who have sent at least one hilight, and the percentage of staff who have received a hilight. These are great statistics to use in order to get a sense of your staff's engagement and to set goals for your school throughout the school year.
The Staff Recognition Chart
You can use the Staff Recognition Chart in order to gain insight into engagement across your staff. You can use the tabs at the top of the chart to view the data by "Hilights Earned" (the number of hilights each of your staff have received) or "Hilights Given" (the number of hilights each of your staff have sent). This data is intended to help you understand who some of your Hilight champions and influencers might be (the top senders) as well as help identify who at your school might need some additional support or focus (staff with lower earned counts).
Engagement tables
Below the Staff Recognition Chart are two tables listing who at your school has yet to receive a hilight and who has yet to send a hilight. You can use these tables to help identify anyone who hasn't received recognition yet and might need some extra attention or support. You can also use these tables to understand who isn't engaging with Hilight and might need some encouragement to recognize their colleagues.
In the bottom corner of each table, there is an Export button that allows you to download a csv with the list of staff. You can use these exports to target your efforts for support and engagement.
